Note that the set of DIMs that overlap with SNPs (2)) is not a strict subset
of the high-quality set of DIMs (1)). During inference of the high-quality set, we excluded
variants that appeared as propagations of an already recorded variant (mutational event).
When retrieving SNP-overlapping DIMs, we did not exclude any variant in the PSV set.
